UK Technology investment specialists TECHNEDs announced today Iain McKenzie has joined the firm as a partner. Iain joins founder and principal Simon Mewett and lead associates Archie Maddocks and Ed Crane as the business becomes an LLP. Now, with a host of exciting plans for the future, it is set to make further investments within the UK Technology Sector.

McKenzie specialises in the M&A of technology businesses and operation of private equity, venture capital and other private investment. Iain’s experience includes advising on strategy, structuring and governance matters. He joins TECHNEDs as a partner in the newly formed LLP and has hit the ground running supporting he partners with advice on current investment targets.

As of August 1st, TECHNEDs will officially become a Limited Liability Partnership Becoming an LLP requires vision from the top. But it is also about supporting people with drive and passion to grow the business from the bottom up.
In addition, it will bolster their plans to expand investment, helping to attract new talented technology businesses to the portfolio as well as providing greater opportunities for existing members of the TECHNEDs family.
